Edward Bandemer

Senior Portfolio Construction Specialist

Edward “Eddie” Bandemer serves as a Senior Portfolio Construction Specialist in the Calamos Wealth Management Investment Strategy Group, providing analysis and management of client portfolios, trade execution and contributing to research around markets, industry sectors and other background needed to inform investment decisions. Eddie has deep knowledge of advanced investment strategies and trading systems and is also a member of the Calamos Wealth Management Investment Committee.

Eddie has significant industry experience and prior to joining Calamos Wealth Management, Eddie started his career on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. From that role he went on to serve in several positions of increasing responsibility, first with a large regional Registered Investment Advisor and then with a specialized Private Investment Fund. He graduated from Northern Illinois University.
