Dimitri Mageiras serves as a Business Analyst for Calamos Wealth Management in Chicago, where he supports the firm's Client Service and Portfolio Management teams. He prepares customized investment proposals while providing critical analysis and actionable insights to enhance internal processes, optimize technology platforms, and identify transformational growth opportunities.
Prior to joining Calamos, Dimitri worked as a project manager for a venture capital firm and two startups, where he led process improvement initiatives and go-to-market strategies for company products. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens, as well as a Master's degree in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Brown University.
