Alan serves as Business Strategist for Calamos Wealth Management, where he provides operational leadership, ensures data-driven decision-making, and delivers essential business support. He offers strategic, analytical, and leadership guidance to grow the business while managing the Client Service team and serving as liaison to other cross-functional units across Calamos Investments.

With over seven years of experience in wealth management, Alan's background includes client-facing and advisor support positions at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, as well as executive support and strategy roles at U.S. Bank. Drawing from his eight years as a business owner in the hospitality industry, he developed extensive experience in managing day-to-day operations of a privately held business while honing his leadership and operational skills.

A dedicated community advocate, Alan is committed to fostering the potential of future generations through educational opportunities and workforce development programs across Chicagoland. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
